Sales Advocate

Our Business Development team member would share Bluestone’s vision of a company that does much more than simply sell policies. You’ll help blaze the trail by presenting Bluestone’s vision and proprietary products to other mission-based individuals and companies. You’ll engage in planning and sales with customers and suggest life and disability income insurance applicable to their situation.   • You are an activist – you volunteer your time, skills or money to make the world a better place and understand the ripple effect that a person’s actions can have.

  • You love to learn.

  • Life & health insurance license and at least three years of life insurance sales experience and the diverse planning experience that goes along with it. Preference for ChFC, CPWA, CLU, CEBC, or CFP designation.

 

Bluestone Life is located in Burlington, VT. You could be located in any metropolitan area like Austin, Boston, Boulder, Burlington, Chicago, Denver, Honolulu, Minneapolis, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington, DC.

 

This is a full-time position as a W2 team member with a compensation package that includes; (i) base salary; (ii) benefits; (iii) monthly cash incentive pay; and (iv) stock options.
